Welcome to Sand Dollar Bonaire, where our community is special and this is their happy place. Our Guest Services team is here to ensure you have a memorable stay. From the moment you arrive at our Front Office, we aim to make you feel at home. Whether you need recommendations for local activities, or simply want a friendly chat, we're here to help. Your happiness is our priority at Sand Dollar Bonaire.
Housekeeping Services
A stay of 7 to 8 nights will receive one in-house cleaning. We'll refresh your apartment and set out fresh bath towels.
Longer stays will receive a cleaning every three to four days. The first cleaning we'll change only the towels, the next both towels and sheets, and so forth.
Extra supplies of towels, linens, and paper products are always available at the Front Office.
Bedding and Towels
Your apartment has been prepared with freshly laundered bedding, bath and hand towels. Face cloths are not available, please bring your own if needed.
Beach towels
Beach towels can be exchanged daily by self-service at the Front Office (24 / 7).
Drinking Water
The tap water is delicious! Made from desalinated ocean water, it doesn’t get any better. Bring your own water bottle and let’s minimize plastic usage!
Electricity
The apartments are predominately 110V, although many have also added a few 220V outlets, usually in the kitchen. If you have specific requirements, please let us know so we can advise you about your apartment. A limited supply of plug adapters (but not converters) is available at Front Office. Numerous apartments also offer USB ports for your convenience.

Around the Complex
Safety: Sand Dollar is a very secure property. We recommend that to continue discouraging thieves, please lock up when leaving and don’t leave valuables out on your porch.
Security: On property by the main entrance from 7PM to 5AM.
Garbage and Recyclables: Big bins are outside each building. We ask you to help our recycling efforts by using the paper, glass, plastic and aluminum bins by the tennis courts.
Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts: Opposite C-building on the road side, accessed by a small gate. Ask Eddy’s to reserve a tennis court. Pool hours open daily from 12pm to 6pm.
