We are inspired by the crystal blue waters, the fringing coral reef, the startling pink of the salt pans and flamingos, the empty landscapes minutes from town, but perhaps above all, the people. We are small, yet multi cultural; an intriguing mix of Caribbean warmth, Dutch sophistication, South American zest for fun, and united by our genuine care for our land, our sea and our people. Untouched, Undeveloped, Unspoilt
Sand Dollar Bonaire is a collection of privately owned apartments, ranging from studio up to three-bedroom apartments. An early property development on Bonaire, the land surrounding these apartments has remained untouched and undeveloped. Gardens, planted with local varieties, are casually pruned and provide a natural habitat for colourful birds. The long, oceanfront walkway remains unspoiled, an appropriate gateway to Bari Reef, known as the most diverse reef in the Caribbean (reef.org).

Located very conveniently, an easy five-minute drive from Kralendijk, Sand Dollar Bonaire is an oasis. Secure and Isolated by its vast gardens, traffic is a non-issue. The dive shop, a swimming pool, and two restaurants, all located adjacent to the property, are accessible via private walkways. Once outside the property, the bank, shops, restaurants, and all essentials can be found in the neighbouring buildings.
