CANCELLATION POLICY

Sand Dollar Cancellation and Payment Policies


Payment Policy:

  •  $300 deposit per reservation is required in order to confirm your apartment. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
  • Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  •  Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit ($75). 
  • Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.  Guests may transfer all payments to new dates (travel within 12 months of original travel dates). New dates are not eligible for any new promotion, and a surcharge may apply due to seasonal rate increases.
  • Unused nights (6 or less) due to late arrival or an early departure are non-refundable and are not eligible to be transferred to new dates. Unused nights of 7 or more may transfer all payments to new dates (travel within 12 months of original travel dates). New dates are not eligible for any new promotion, and a surcharge may apply due to seasonal rate increases.

 

Transfer Policy:

  • Guests may transfer their vacation rental to another person prior to arrival without penalty or fees. Transfer fees for package add-ons may apply.
