Welcome to Sand Dollar Bonaire, where our community is special and this is their fine place. Our guest service team is ready to make sure you have an unforgettable stay. From the moment you arrive at our front office, we strive to make you feel at home. Whether you need recommendations for local activities or just want a friendly chat, we are here to help. Cleaning & Service.

For stays of 7 to 8 nights, one cleaning service is provided. We freshen up your apartment and provide clean bath towels.

For longer stays, cleaning is done every three to four days. The first cleaning we change only the towels, the next both towels and sheets, and so on.

Extra supplies of towels, linens and paper goods are always available at the Front Office.

Water & Equipment

Drinking Water

Tap water is delicious! Made from desalinated ocean water, it doesn't get any better. Bring your own water bottle and let's minimize plastic use!

All appliances are full size. Manuals can be found in the first drawer as you enter the kitchen.

Linen & Electricity

Bed linen and towels

Your apartment is prepared with freshly laundered bedding, bath and hand towels. There are no washcloths available, if needed you will need to bring your own.

Beach towels

Beach towels can be changed daily via self-service at the reception(available 24/7).

Electricity

The apartments are mostly equipped with 110V, although many also have a few 220V outlets (usually in the kitchen). Numerous apartments also have USB ports.

A limited supply of plug adapters is available at the Front Office (no converters). Do you have specific needs? Let us know for customized advice.

Safety & Facilities

Security

Our security guards are on site at the main entrance from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Safety

Sand Dollar is a very secure property. To continue discouraging thieves, we recommend locking your home when you leave and not leaving valuables on your porch.

Garbage and recyclables.

There are large bins outside each building. We ask that you help our recycling efforts by using the paper, glass, plastic and aluminum bins near the tennis courts.

Pool and tennis courts

Across from the C building on the road side, accessible through a small gate. Ask Eddy's to reserve a tennis court. The pool is open from noon to 6 p.m. daily.
