We are inspired by the crystal clear waters, the coral reef, the surprising pink of the salt pans and flamingos, the vast landscapes just minutes from town, but perhaps most of all the people. We are small, yet multicultural; an intriguing mix of Caribbean warmth, Dutch sophistication, South American joie de vivre and united by our genuine care for our land, our sea and our people. It's in our nature.
Unspoiled and undeveloped
Sand Dollar Bonaire is a collection of private apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. An early real estate development on Bonaire, the land surrounding these apartments has remained untouched and undeveloped. Gardens, planted with local varieties, are casually pruned and provide a natural habitat for colorful birds. The long walkway along the ocean remains pristine, a convenient gateway to Bari Reef, known as the most diverse reef in the Caribbean (reef.org).

Sand Dollar Bonaire is very conveniently located, just a five-minute drive from Kralendijk, and is a true oasis. It is secure and isolated with extensive gardens, so traffic will not disturb. The dive store, a swimming pool and two restaurants, all located next to the property, are accessed through private corridors. Once outside the property, the bank, stores, restaurants and all necessities can be found in the adjacent buildings.
